La nouvelle est la suivante: Marcel Masson Robbez devient le premier fabricant fran\u00e7ais de bijoux haut de gamme. Il a achet\u00e9 Christian Bernard du Tribunal de commerce d&rsquo;Evry. Le nouveau groupe aura un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d&rsquo;environ 100 millions d&rsquo;euros. Marcel Masson Robbez a son si\u00e8ge social en Loz\u00e8re (Sud-Est de la France) et Christian Bernard est\u00a0bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris. Ils sont les principaux fabricants de bijoux, d\u00e9taillants et grossistes. Christian Bernard \u00e9tait en difficult\u00e9 apr\u00e8s que les ventes aient chut\u00e9 de 150 \u00e0 50 millions d&rsquo;euros. En retour, Marcel Masson Robbez dispose d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de production enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 qui vous permet d&rsquo;envoyer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 500 paquets\u00a0par jour.<br \/>\nLa transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par leFonds de Consolidation et de D\u00e9veloppement des Entreprises, qui en juin deviendra un actionnaire minoritaire en\u00a0Marcel Robbez Masson, avec une contribution de 15 millions d&rsquo;actions, comme une partie d&rsquo;un cycle de financement de 40 millions. Parmi les banques, il y en avait encore 25 millions. \u00ab\u00a0La tendance des bijoux est la concentration. Nous \u00e9tudions actuellement d&rsquo;autres objectifs d&rsquo;acquisition\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Frank Robbez-Masson, pdg\u00a0de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe groupe acquis compte 200 salari\u00e9s en France. \u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, Marcel Robbez Masson, qui avait des sites de fabrication au Maroc et au Portugal, emploie un millier de travailleurs au Vietnam. Marcel Masson Robbez compte 3 000 clients en France, y compris les horlogers, les bijoutiers et les orf\u00e8vres dans le segment des bijoux haut de gamme.
