L&rsquo;achat sera en esp\u00e8ces et sera \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 500 millions de dollars. Qu&rsquo;est-ce que \u00e7a veut dire? Simple: le monde financier parie sur la croissance des ventes de bijoux sur le web. Avec l&rsquo;offre publique d&rsquo;achat, la main 100 pour cent des actions ordinaires (Blue Nile est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en Bourse). Les actionnaires de Blue Nile recevront une prime d&rsquo;environ 34 pour cent sur le cours de l&rsquo;action. Commencez maintenant le rigmarole habituel des approbations, mais la vente semble \u00e9vidente, moins que des augmentations sensationnelles. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de bijoux au troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2016 a marqu\u00e9 des ventes nettes \u00e0 105 millions de dollars (mais en baisse de 4,3 pour cent).
