En 1941, surnomm\u00e9 Jules Hunter, le chasseur de pierres fonde sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9, puis ach\u00e8te la plus grande aigue-marine, baptis\u00e9e Martha Rocha, nom inspir\u00e9 des yeux bleus de Miss Br\u00e9sil: la pierre pesait 36,5 kilogrammes. En 1963, Jules, avec l&rsquo;expertise du Gemological Institute of America, obtient la certification des premi\u00e8res \u00e9meraudes produites au Br\u00e9sil. Son entreprise, surnomm\u00e9e Amsterdam Sauer, et maintenant seulement Sauer, est rapidement devenue l&rsquo;une des plus importantes dans le commerce des pierres pr\u00e9cieuses en Am\u00e9rique du Sud. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la psychologie et travaill\u00e9 dans le monde de la mode, Stephanie Wenk a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de suivre sa passion pour le monde des pierres pr\u00e9cieuses. Les collections qu&rsquo;elle signe pour Sauer, comme Fireworks, sont impr\u00e9gn\u00e9es de constellations, de dimensions \u00e9sot\u00e9riques, de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences bibliographiques, de
