La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est d&rsquo;examiner la pierre dans la lumi\u00e8re du soleil: un joyau vert sous une ampoule \u00e0 incandescence peut appara\u00eetre presque noir, tandis qu&rsquo;une rose ou rouge appara\u00eet gris ou brun. Si, m\u00eame sous une lumi\u00e8re artificielle, maintient ses tons naturels, est susceptible d&rsquo;\u00eatre une pierre d&rsquo;une belle couleur. Mais attention, la couleur primaire doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9dominant pour 70-75%. Le reste de pourcentage est \u00e9videmment une teinte, ce est \u00e0 dire une couleur secondaire qui, cependant, peuvent changer en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage, naturel ou artificiel. En outre, il ya pas de r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur les dimensions et les prix: certains tourmalines ne se trouvent que dans les petites tailles et sont utilis\u00e9s comme des perles dans un tr\u00e8s faible co\u00fbt, tandis que d&rsquo;autres sont plus disponibles dans plus de 10 carats. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation tient \u00e9galement compte de sa clart\u00e9, qui a trois degr\u00e9s d\u00e9finis par le GIA (Gemological Institute of America, le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre centre de recherche et d&rsquo;enseignement de la min\u00e9ralogie des \u00c9tats-Unis): si la tourmaline verte est de type g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9s I, que des moyens , a une l\u00e9g\u00e8re inclusion visible \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il nu, bleu, orange, multi-couleur jaune (sauf vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de melon d&rsquo;eau) et quelques sp\u00e9cimens pierres roses des inclusions mineurs et sont de grade II, tandis que les rouges, rose et la past\u00e8que appartiennent \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me cat\u00e9gorie III o\u00f9 inclusions visibles sont attendent ed tel qu&rsquo;il appara\u00eet sur les photos ci-dessous.
