Il y a quelque temps, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 Bundle l&rsquo;a \u00e9tabli avec certitude : c&rsquo;est chez Harry Winston, \u00e0 New York, que l&rsquo;on peut d\u00e9penser plus que chez n&rsquo;importe quel autre d\u00e9taillant de bijoux aux \u00c9tats-Unis. La recette moyenne pay\u00e9e par Harry Winston selon Bundle, qui a examin\u00e9 des milliers de transactions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des bijoutiers entre juillet 2010 et juin 2011, est de 8 388 dollars (environ 6 500 euros). Harry Winston, quant \u00e0 lui, est situ\u00e9 sur la Cinqui\u00e8me Avenue, qui est la rue commer\u00e7ante la plus ch\u00e8re du monde. En comparaison, les autres bijoutiers de la liste sont beaucoup moins chers : chez De Beers, \u00e0 Manhattan, par exemple, les clients d\u00e9pensent en moyenne 4 625 dollars, tandis qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la boutique William Noble Rare, \u00e0 Dallas, la recette est d&rsquo;environ 5 839 dollars. Tiffany est absent de la liste, mais il y a une raison : \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des bijoux pr\u00e9cieux et co\u00fbteux, la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre maison de couture new-yorkaise vend \u00e9galement des
