Cependant, le prix d&rsquo;achat, inf\u00e9rieur de 40 % au chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, laisse penser que l&rsquo;entreprise n&rsquo;est pas en excellente sant\u00e9 : Carraro a pour mission de la rentabiliser. Au contraire Morellato, une autre entreprise historique, qui est sur le point d&rsquo;achever son si\u00e8cle de vie, a cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 2021 avec des revenus en hausse de 49% \u00e0 310 millions (r\u00e9sultat \u00e9galement des acquisitions pr\u00e9cit\u00e9es), mais surtout avec un EBITDA (plus ou moins marge brute) de 87,3 millions (+67,6% par rapport \u00e0 2020). De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la consolidation de Pierre Roux dans les \u00e9tats financiers, Carraro table sur un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires 2022 d&rsquo;environ 370 millions pour son groupe.
