Pero es su hija Marie quien fund\u00f3 la empresa de joyer\u00eda. Seg\u00fan Boltenstern, la impresi\u00f3n 3D es m\u00e1s sostenible, ya que reduce el desperdicio al usar solo el material necesario y mantener el exceso de desperdicio al m\u00ednimo absoluto. Sin embargo, cada joya est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada y codificada por un dise\u00f1ador y luego se aplica con un algoritmo complejo que puede llevar meses e incluso a\u00f1os para desarrollarse. Adem\u00e1s, un caso \u00fanico en el mundo de la joyer\u00eda, las joyas Boltenstern se imprimen directamente aplicando un polvo de metal fino, capa por capa, para usar oro amarillo reciclado, rosa de 18 quilates o plata.<br \/>\nPero el metal se usa solo para una peque\u00f1a parte de la joya, el resto es de poliamida coloreada y se fija a un alfiler hecho a mano en plata u oro, amarillo o rosa chapado.
