La causa de la muerte no es una enfermedad, a menos que consideres que una pasi\u00f3n por las carreras es una enfermedad. De hecho, Charriol muri\u00f3 en un accidente al conducir su auto de carreras en el circuito Paul Ricard de Le Castellet, sede del Gran Premio de Francia de F\u00f3rmula 1. Pero luego el negocio despeg\u00f3 y la marca abri\u00f3 oficinas en ciudades como Singapur, Bangkok, Tokio, Doha y Riyadh, seguidas por Ginebra, Beijing, Shanghai, Dubai, Mumbai, Las Vegas. Charriol tambi\u00e9n fue un precursor de las ventas en l\u00ednea: fue la primera marca suiza de relojes y joyas en destacar su plataforma de comercio electr\u00f3nico en 2008. Pero junto con la pasi\u00f3n por las joyas, el empresario continu\u00f3 cultiv\u00e1ndolas para los autos de carrera, casi a nivel profesional .
