Hay dise\u00f1adores de edificios que han a\u00f1adido decoraciones a las paredes y cornisas que podr\u00edan estar en un collar o anillo. Y hay dise\u00f1adores de joyas que se han inspirado en los vol\u00famenes de la arquitectura. Este tema, en Londres, incluye una exposici\u00f3n junto con el London Design Festival de 2017. Para organizar es Contemporary Applied Arts, una asociaci\u00f3n que tiene como objetivo promover y apoyar la artesan\u00eda de calidad en Gran Breta\u00f1a y que re\u00fane a cerca de 350 dise\u00f1adores. Las Artes Aplicadas Contempor\u00e1neas exhiben joyas inspiradas en la arquitectura, con piezas que parecen palacios, o simplemente recuerdan los espacios de una arena o un teatro. Al igual que los broches de oro y plata Ute Decker, o la reducci\u00f3n del Museo Guggenheim de Bilbao por Vicki Ambery-Smith.
