Sin embargo, es unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s joven: el fundador de la joyer\u00eda al pie de la Acr\u00f3polis naci\u00f3 en 1920, en una familia de orfebres y relojeros de Delfos, ahora en su cuarta generaci\u00f3n. En resumen, la tradici\u00f3n griega lo ten\u00eda en la sangre. Impulsado por una pasi\u00f3n por la historia, comenz\u00f3 a estudiar arte griego cl\u00e1sico. As\u00ed que decidi\u00f3 dar nueva vida a las joyas griegas guardadas en los museos. Por supuesto, para recrear esas joyas de dos milenios antes era necesario aprender la antigua t\u00e9cnica del orfebre: granulaci\u00f3n, filigrana, tejido a mano, martillado. Su primera colecci\u00f3n, en 1957, fue por tanto una \u00abcolecci\u00f3n arqueol\u00f3gica\u00bb inspirada en las \u00e9pocas cl\u00e1sica, helen\u00edstica y mic\u00e9nica. Luego continu\u00f3 por el mismo camino con las joyas en las que el oro era el material casi exclusivo. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os ha ido ampliando evidentemente las colecciones con piezas modernas, pero sin abandonar la inspiraci\u00f3n al mundo de la antig\u00fcedad. En 1998 la empresa pas\u00f3 a manos de las hijas, quienes contin\u00faan renovando las colecciones, siempre siguiendo la trayectoria del maestro fundador. La tradici\u00f3n, de hecho, a\u00fan contin\u00faa hoy con joyas que se inspiran en la tradici\u00f3n de la joyer\u00eda griega, con cierta influencia oriental.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_88158\"
