La fecha, fijada con mucha antelaci\u00f3n, marca la entrada de la expo inventada por Ronny Totah y Thomas Faerber en el c\u00edrculo de eventos cl\u00e1sicos, como la Couture de Las Vegas o Vicenzaoro. Un \u00e9xito conseguido en pocos a\u00f1os, con un reto en Baselworld por el que no muchos habr\u00edan apostado. En cambio, GemG\u00e8neve se ha convertido en una s\u00f3lida realidad. La segunda ronda de 2022 (3-6 de noviembre) tambi\u00e9n tuvo un resultado satisfactorio. Los organizadores registraron un total de 3.543 visitantes que acudieron al Palexpo para admirar o adquirir piedras preciosas, joyas de \u00e9poca y dise\u00f1o. De los visitantes, seg\u00fan las estad\u00edsticas, 1.662 regresaron dos veces, para un total de 5.205 visitas.
