La curadora de la exposici\u00f3n es la misma, Melanie Grant: ha seleccionado joyas de dise\u00f1adores negros desde la d\u00e9cada de 1950 hasta la actualidad. En total 70 piezas de 25 creadores diferentes. La exposici\u00f3n coincide con el Mes de la Historia Negra en el Reino Unido. Todos crearon al menos una nueva pieza de joyer\u00eda para la exposici\u00f3n. Las joyas son de gama alta. Y aunque dise\u00f1adores como Satta Matturi utilizan motivos e iconos de origen africano, la mayor\u00eda de las joyas que se ofrecen son completamente indistinguibles de las de otros dise\u00f1adores no negros.
