Fue a Marruecos solo de adulta y descubri\u00f3 dise\u00f1os y colores del norte de \u00c1frica. Las joyas est\u00e1n hechas de oro o plata reciclados, tambi\u00e9n con la adici\u00f3n de piedras preciosas, y est\u00e1n inspiradas en amuletos, o est\u00e1n grabadas con s\u00edmbolos antiguos de la tradici\u00f3n bereber, como los tatuajes que se ven en el rostro de la abuela de L\u00e9la. Incluso el procesamiento de las joyas refleja el estilo sencillo de la artesan\u00eda marroqu\u00ed.
