Although it weighs only 3.43 carats, a fancy vivid pink diamond mounted on a Moussaieff ring and surrounded by pear-shaped and marquise-shaped white diamonds, jokingly called Bubble Gum Pink, was the most requested jewelry for the sale of Magnificent Jewels in Hong Kong organized by Christie&#8217;s, which totaled 44.4 million. But it was another type of green gem to soar: the Grand Muzos earrings, with untreated Colombian emeralds of 23.34 carats and 23.18 carats with pearls and brilliant-cut diamonds (3.01 carats each) in platinum. The Bulgari necklace was also well received with a diamond F, 11.69 carats pear-shaped IF and a brilliant blue-green diamond of 1.02 carat, sold for 1.6 million. No buyer, instead, for a highly anticipated jewel: a brooch with a Kashmir sapphire of 26.41 carats, not heated.
