Many years have passed, but now here is a modern version of the same idea: to transform a useful accessory into a jewel. This time, however, it was proposed by the Dutch fashion house Tirisi, who presented the Zyp collection at Baselworld. It is a jewel, explain to Tirisi, studied for dynamic, fashion-conscious women, full of activity.<\/p>\n<h4>Zyp is obviously based on the movement of a hinge. Making the jewelry, however, is not easy. The managing director and design manager of Tirisi, Natascha Rotstein-Zuchouwski, thought about it for a few years: the idea was to develop the Zyp in a way that would fit like a piece of high-end jewelery, without confusing it with a simple closure. The necklaces are available in three different versions: sterling silver combined with 18-carat pink gold and marcasite, sterling silver combined with 18-carat pink gold and diamonds and 18-carat solid gold with diamond. Matching rings, bracelets and earrings play with the same theme as the zipper, but in a very feminine and sophisticated way.
