For Bulgari, China is close. And not just for the social occasion in Hong Kong, where Hilary Swank, Adrien Brody, Won Cha Seoung and Donnie Yen are some of the well-known faces who attended the opening of the store\u00a0in Hong Kong. The inauguration, however, attracted the curiosity of those who follow celebrities. But, in addition to the display of the latest creations of the Italian house, all the guests also had the opportunity to see Elizabeth Taylor’s private collection of Bulgari jewels. For the first time on display in Hong Kong, the collection includes unique pieces, which were worn by the legendary actress at the Oscars. Hilary Swank attended the inauguration, choosing to wear a simple black dress, accessorised with a Bulgari set with sapphires from the latest collection (photo from the Hilary Swank fanclub). China, in short, is increasingly important for Bulgari: and if in the Chinese calendar the year of the snake will begin in February, but the Italian fashion house that has come under the umbrella of LVMH has already welcomed the new year, setting up a large luminous snake on the space in front of the Plaza, the most important shopping center in Shanghai, where its store has been renovated. Some managers of the group were present, Vincenzo De Luca, Italian consul in Shanghai and the Chinese actress Chang Ziyi. The serpent collection was created in the 1940s, the watches arrived 20 years later.
