In the first place, it has the perfect clientele, both in terms of local residents and in the profile of foreign tourists. Secondly, it is ideal with the preferred retail presence in &#8220;places of the spirit&#8221; relaxing and luxurious seaside resorts with unmistakable charm and a &#8220;village&#8221; atmosphere.
