\nCarolina Ravarini’s bijoux has become one of the milestones in Milan. The young designer, housed in the so-called Fashion Quadrilateral (among via Della Spiga and via Monte Napoleone), presented the new summer 2017 collection, inspired by a recent trip to Cuba. Exoticism and warmth of the Caribbean island are transfused into The coolest climate in the Lombardy city: polyps made of horn, silver fishes, the elephant, symbol of the Eastern world (but in Cuba it seems they are not found) in a new variant of stone and resin. Hoop earrings are the ones that remind us of Havana’s atmospheres. Natural stones such as quartz or agate are used for bijoux, with resin as well as copper.
