Born in Washington to a French mother and German father, a diplomat, with a career as an engineer behind: Lorenz B\u00e4umer<\/strong> has become instead a great jeweler. If you are delighted to dazzle for jewelry, you must visit in his boutique in Place Vendome, opened near big as Chaumet, Boucheron and Cartier. He, frankly, to the other jewelers has nothing to envy. But, in addition to the great jewelry Maisons, the eclectic designer has created Rouge G for Guerlain and two perfume bottles in Baccarat crystal, and has also collaborated with Herm\u00e8s, Cartier, Gucci, Piaget, Bernardaud, Swarovski, Omega, Disney. A work parallel to jewelry that continues to this day: he has created a specific company, B\u00e4umer Design, which works for other luxury Maisons. For all this activity he was appointed Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters in 2004, then Officer in 2009, and Knight of the Legion of Honour in 2010.<\/p>\n

His style is well defined. Gold threads that draw complicated but simple arabesques, large colored gemstones, forms also cheerful, not very practiced in fine jewelery, which usually prefers to follow the tradition.
