<\/a>VicenzaOro count down: the event par excellence for Italian jewelery and beyond returns from 5 to 9 September. As happened last January, the fair has completely changed compared to the traditional one or, rather, to that of previous years. This year Fiera Vicenza focused on the Gold Alchemy theme: gold and precious witnesses of the art of shaping matter and creating products with high added value. This common thread is divided into a series of formats foreseen in the new exhibition layout, The Boutique Show. There will be no shortage of the “Jewellery Oscars”, i.e. the Andrea Palladio International Jewelery Awards, a recognition dedicated to the excellence of the world’s jewellery, complete with awards, clapping and recognition distributed in a show-event. The actual Fair will be divided into homogeneous areas: Icon (jewellery), Essence (components, but also gems and diamonds), Look (trendy jewellery), Expression (packaging and merchandising), Cration (jewellery), International (foreign companies ).<\/p>\n
The fair also has a full calendar of events. One of the most anticipated is the new Trendbook 2017+, the reference publication resulting from the work of Trendvision Jewelery + Forecasting, the independent Observatory of Fiera di Vicenza directed by Paola De Luca, Founder & Creative Director. In Vicenza, however, at the Jewelery Museum, the winners, announced last June, of the Next Jeneration Jewelery Talent Contest A jewel for Peace – Jewelery for Peace, the fourth edition of the prize dedicated to young designers under 30, organized by Fiera, will be rewarded of Vicenza in collaboration with the School of Design of the Polytechnic of Milan. The finalists and winners were chosen by a jury of experts who had the task of reviewing the proposals of over 155 international creatives.<\/p>\n<\/a>
