With the actresses of the films in competition at Cannes, also is started the red carpet for the jewels: the first brand to parade was the historic partner of the festival, Chopard<\/strong>, which not coincidentally has also designed the Palme d’Or awarded to Winners of the competition. The brand based in Geneva, as we advance\u00a0has asked to Marion Cotillard<\/strong>, who is competing with Macbeth<\/em> directed by Justin Kurzel<\/strong>, to design a set of jewelry with opals and gold mined in an ethical manner. The first creation, that you see in the image, is a bracelet-ring designed with a series of opals blue connected together. The co-president and creative director of the Maison, Caroline Scheufele<\/strong>, confirms: it’s all the work of the actress, they just took the sketches to the proportions. Chopard in Cannes also reveals one of his classic works, high jewelry and diamonds with the Red Carpet collection: 68 pieces divided into two lines. The first, of High Jewellery, presents stones cut pear or marquise, that form elaborate arabesques on earrings, bracelets and necklaces. The second line, however, is less demanding and presents processing on palm leaf, which is the emblem of the festival.\u00a0G.N.<\/strong><\/p>\n
