Both bras shown on the catwalk are worth 2 million dollars, about 1.5 million euros, and were designed by Mouawad Jewelry. It took 1,380 hours of work to make them: rubies, diamonds and sapphires were hand-set. Each bra has chains and jewels that wrap around the models’ bodies. The chains are in 18-karat gold. In short, it is not costume jewelry, but real jewelry, even if applied to an underwear. Of course, don’t expect to receive it as a gift on New Year’s Eve.
