Dunkin Diamonds, a &#8220;three-generation&#8221; jewelry store chain with locations in Ohio and Florida, managed by Stuart Dunkin, has in fact published an advert in the local newspaper, the &#8220;Newart Advocate&#8221;, which promises a free rifle or pistol for those buy a diamond.
