Nat\u00fcrlich ist es schwer zu beweisen, dass eine Goldkette ein exklusives Design ist. Aber es gibt auch andere Formen, die zum Symbol f\u00fcr eine Marke werden, wie der <strong>Panther von Cartier<\/strong>, die f\u00fcnflappige Blume von<strong> Pasquale Bruni<\/strong> oder das <strong>Tiffany-Blau<\/strong>. K\u00f6nnen diese ikonischen Formen verwendet werden? Der amerikanische Juwelier <strong>David Yurman<\/strong> glaubt nicht und hat beim Bundesgericht in New York eine Klage gegen die kanadische Schmuckmarke <strong>Mejuri<\/strong> eingereicht. Es muss jedoch hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, dass die gleiche Art von Schmuck auch von anderen verwendet wurde, beispielsweise von Marken wie dem Swiss Charriol. David Yurman wirft Mejuri jedoch vor, seine Schmuckst\u00fccke aus den Kollektionen Pure Form und Sculpted Cable unver\u00e4ndert reproduziert zu haben. Unter anderem sind die Klagen wegen F\u00e4lschung in der Schmuckwelt nicht neu. David Yurman selbst hat in den letzten Jahren dank einer Klage gegen Unternehmen, die gef\u00e4lschten Schmuck im Internet verkauften, 1,5 Millionen US-Dollar erhalten. Jetzt geht es jedoch um Stil- und Fehlverhalten. David Yurman beispielsweise engagierte einen Influencer, um seinen Schmuck zu tragen. Sie haben in wenigen Jahren ein Unternehmen aufgebaut, das sich auf bezahlbaren Schmuck spezialisiert hat.
