Capolavoro wurde 1991 von Gerhard und seiner Frau Andrea Fritsch gegr\u00fcndet, die heute zusammen mit ihren Kindern Theresa, Florian und Tobias das Unternehmen f\u00fchren. Oro rosa e bianco 18 carati, 350 diamanti<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nUnd daran zu denken, dass der Gr\u00fcnder Gerhard Fritsch seine Karriere auf die traditionellste Weise begonnen hatte: eine Anstellung in einer Bank und ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Aber dann wurde er von der am st\u00e4rksten stimulierten Umgebung der Modewelt angezogen. Er arbeitete beim Herrenmodehaus Hirmer in M\u00fcnchen und begann nach seinem Studium als Au\u00dfendienstmitarbeiter bei Sch\u00f6ffel Perlen, einem Schmuckunternehmen, das ihn in die Branche einf\u00fchrte. In der Raffinerie C. Hafner in Pforzheim wird Altgold mit einem ausgekl\u00fcgelten Aufbereitungskreislauf wiederverwendbar gemacht. Der Schmuckkatalog ist sehr gro\u00df: Es gibt eif\u00f6rmige Anh\u00e4nger in Rotgold und Diamanten, die \u00fcber 42.000 Euro kosten, aber auch edlen Schmuck um die tausend Euro.<\/p>\n<figure
