Weich, fl\u00fcssig, nat\u00fcrlich. Der Schmuck von <strong>Leigh Miller<\/strong> unterscheidet sich von anderen. Und sie kosten auch nicht viel. Alles wurde (und geht) aus ihrer Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Skulptur geboren. Aber das kommt sp\u00e4ter. Der aus Santa Monica, einer K\u00fcstenstadt in der N\u00e4he von Los Angeles, stammende Designer studierte Modedesign am Otis College f\u00fcr Kunst und Design in der kalifornischen Gro\u00dfstadt. Dann zog sie nach New York, wo sie f\u00fcr einige Designer in der Modebranche arbeitete. Aber ohne die kreative M\u00f6glichkeit, die sie sich vorgestellt hatte. Der Schmuck ist in Wirklichkeit ein Kompromiss. Im Herzen von Leigh Miller befindet sich eine Skulptur, eine Stra\u00dfe jedoch zu unsicher. Aber sie, sagt sie, es sei immer Sache des Mondes und der Sterne, zu entscheiden, wie das Wachs geschmolzen werden soll. Sie ist auch von nat\u00fcrlichen Formen wie einer Vielzahl von Meeressteinen inspiriert. Aber ohne Skulpturenstars wie Jean Arp, Barbara Hepworth und Henry Moore zu vergessen.
