Und er hob das Urteil teilweise auf. Laut den Richtern h\u00e4tte eine Jury, wenn sie den Fall geh\u00f6rt h\u00e4tte, vermutet, dass Costcos Verwendung des Wortes Tiffany die Kunden nicht verwirren oder sie glauben lassen k\u00f6nnte, die Ringe stammten aus dem Haus.
