Sowohl Kering als auch Richemont haben bestritten, dass sie beabsichtigen, eine bevorstehende Fusion zwischen den beiden Luxusgiganten zu er\u00f6rtern. Pinault sagte im vergangenen Februar unter anderem, dass Kering beabsichtige, sich auf das organische Wachstum seines derzeitigen Gesch\u00e4fts zu konzentrieren. Es muss aber auch hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, dass sich die Dinge in der Finanzwelt schnell \u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen und dass die internationale Dimension von LVMH die beiden Akteure beunruhigt.<br
