Einer der G\u00e4ste war <strong>Yair Shimansky<\/strong>. Und es gibt einen Grund: Shimansky hat seinen Hauptsitz in Kapstadt, S\u00fcdafrika, obwohl es ein weiteres B\u00fcro-Atelier in New York gibt. Shimansky ist nicht nur ein Juwelier, sondern auch ein Diamantschleif- und Polierunternehmen in Johannesburg. Er ist auf jeden Fall S\u00fcdafrikas f\u00fchrender Schmuckdesigner und Sch\u00f6pfer von S\u00fcdafrikas ber\u00fchmtestem Diamantring, dem Millennium Diamond Ring aus Platin, der ein klassisches und modernes Design aufweist.\u00a0Nicht nur: Shimansky ist auch der Autor des Brilliant 10-Diamant-Designs, eines von Shimansky entwickelten und patentierten runden Steins im Brillantschliff mit 71 Facetten (normalerweise 57 oder 58). Er wurde 1967 in Israel geboren, mit einer Hausfrauenmutter und einem Vater in einer gro\u00dfen Reederei. Im Alter von 12 Jahren zog er mit seiner Familie nach London. Zur\u00fcck in Israel ver\u00e4nderte er nach einer Reihe von tempor\u00e4ren Arbeiten sein Leben mit der Entscheidung, Diamanten und Juwelen in Japan zu verkaufen. W\u00e4hrend eines schwierigen Praktikums lernte er die Kunst des Schneidens und Polierens, aber auch das Bed\u00fcrfnis nach Perfektion. Schlie\u00dflich ging er nach S\u00fcdafrika, wo sein Vater inzwischen umgezogen war. Nach einem schwierigen Start mit wenigen Mitteln ist Shimansky heute eine der beliebtesten Schmuckmarken S\u00fcdafrikas.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_98753\"
