Wer das Design des mythischen Bauhauses und der abstrakten Kunst in den 1930er und 1940er Jahren kennt, findet in Alexandra Jeffords skulpturalen Juwelen ein deutliches Echo. Aber im Gegensatz zu den Designobjekten der ber\u00fchmten deutschen Schule sind ihre Juwelen Sammlerst\u00fccke, nicht f\u00fcr den Einzelhandel.
