F\u00fcr das Piemont sind die Symbole die Agnolotti, die beliebte Maske von Turin Gianduia und der Mole Antonelliana. F\u00fcr Apulien wurden die Orecchiette, die klassische Pugliese-Pasta, die Farinella-Maske des Karnevals von Putignano und der Trullo, ein altes Steinhaus mit kegelf\u00f6rmigem Dach, ausgew\u00e4hlt. Schlie\u00dflich sind f\u00fcr Sardinien die Malloreddus, Pasta-Spezialit\u00e4ten der sardischen K\u00fcche, die Mamuthones, Masken, die f\u00fcr Fruchtbarkeitsriten der Ahnen geschaffen wurden, und die Nuraghe, zylindrische Steingeb\u00e4ude.
