Nach dem R\u00fccktritt der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin Sylvie Ritter ist es Zeit f\u00fcr den CEO der Mch Group, Ren\u00e9 Kamm. Das Comit\u00e9 Mondial des Basler Messeveranstalters hat eine neue drastische Ver\u00e4nderung beschlossen. Ulrich Vischer, Pr\u00e4sident des Verwaltungsrates, wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitgliedern des Vorstandes in der \u00dcbergangszeit bis zur Bestellung eines Nachfolgers von Ren\u00e9 Kamm die operative F\u00fchrung des Konzerns \u00fcbernehmen.<br \/>\nDas sind keine kleinen Neuigkeiten, denn Ren\u00e9 Kamm war fast 20 Jahre lang an der Spitze der Messe. Er und Sylvie Ritter haben Baselworld zum weltweiten Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr Uhren und Schmuck gemacht. Aber Baselworld hat in den letzten drei Jahren einen drastischen Downsizing erlebt. Erst im Juli hat die Swatch Group, zu der 17 Marken wie Omega geh\u00f6ren, ihre Entscheidung bekanntgegeben, nicht an der Baselworld 2019 teilzunehmen. Diese Neuigkeit wirft einen neuen Schatten auf die n\u00e4chste Ausgabe der Baselworld.<br \/>\nDie Mch Group befindet sich in einem Transformationsprozess, der vom neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, Michel Loris-Melikoff, durchgef\u00fchrt werden sollte.
