September Schmuck und Skulpturen kombinieren. Das Museo del Gioiello in Vicenza, innerhalb der Basilica Palladiana, die von der italienischen Ausstellungsgruppe gemeinsam mit der Stadt Vicenza betrieben wird, widmet dem Bildhauer Gio&#8216; Pomodoro (1930-2002) eine Sonderausstellung. Denn die ausgestellten Skulpturen sind Goldschmiedearbeiten. Die Ausstellung tr\u00e4gt den Titel Die Juwelen von <em>Gio&#8216; Pomodoro: das Zeichen und das Ornament<\/em> und wird von Paola Stroppiana kuratiert. Die dem Goldschmied, Graveur, Bildhauer und B\u00fchnenbildner gewidmete Ausstellung findet 16 Jahre nach seinem Tod statt.
