Die Idee stammt von der norwegischen K\u00fcnstlerin Sissel Tolaas, die gemeinsam mit Designer und Goldschmied Georg Hornemann ein einzigartiges St\u00fcck als Meditation \u00fcber die Geruchswelt geschaffen hat. Die Ger\u00fcche sind nicht nur angenehme oder unangenehme Empfindungen, sondern sie beeinflussen das Leben der Menschen und beeinflussen ihr Verhalten. Georg Hornemann hat verschiedene Arten von Geruchsbeh\u00e4ltern untersucht. Und er dachte daran, ein Juwel nachzubilden, das von den Giftringen inspiriert war, die in der Renaissance von Adligen benutzt wurden. Gleichzeitig hat Sissel Tolaas, eine K\u00fcnstlerin, die seit Jahren mit Ger\u00fcchen arbeitet, drei D\u00fcfte entworfen, die besondere Ziele haben: Attraktion, Ablenkung oder Aufmerksamkeit.<br \/>\nDurch einen Drehmechanismus im Inneren des Schmuckst\u00fccks kann die Intensit\u00e4t jedes Geruchs gesteuert werden. Ein Mechanismus erm\u00f6glicht das Aufladen des Rings. Aber es ist kein Spielzeug: Der Ring besteht komplett aus Platin und ist nur in sechs Exemplaren erh\u00e4ltlich.
