Espinosa erlernte die Schmuckkunst Anfang der 1990er Jahre in Italien, Deutschland und den Niederlanden. Aber er verschmolz die Modernit\u00e4t des europ\u00e4ischen Designs mit der mexikanischen Tradition. 1997 lancierte er seine erste Kollektion. Aber es geht nicht um ethnischen Schmuck, die Handwerkskunst weicht einem modernen Stil. Jedes St\u00fcck wird mit einer Bronze- oder Silberbasis komponiert und dann mit B\u00e4dern behandelt oder mit Blattgold bedeckt.
