Die Zeitung <em>Corriere della Sera<\/em>, in einem Artikel von <strong>Carlo Turchetti<\/strong>, Schleifen der im November auf den gleichen Seiten ver\u00f6ffentlichten Nachrichten. Die Eigent\u00fcmer der Marke von Schmuck, der Fond \u00a0<strong>Investindustrial<\/strong> von <strong>Andrea Bonomi<\/strong> (die 31% indirekt), zusammen mit <strong>Intesa Sanpaolo<\/strong> (12%), <strong>21 Investments<\/strong> (Benetton, mit etwa 9%) und <strong>Wise Sgr<\/strong> (ca. 9%), plus die <strong>Ergon<\/strong> Fonds, <strong>Francesco Micheli<\/strong> und <strong>De Nora<\/strong> Familie haben zu viel gefragt, oder der Boden<strong> Emerisque<\/strong> direkt von der indischen <strong>Ajay Khaitan<\/strong> hat dar\u00fcber \u00fcberdacht. Fazit: Stroili bleibt Italienisch bis auf weiteres und wird weiterhin von ceo\u00a0<strong>Maurizio Merenda<\/strong> gerichtet werden. Der Kaufpreis von rund 300 Millionen, Haupt der Umsatz (230 Millionen) k\u00f6nnen entmutigt Investition.
