Bibliothekare entdeckten die vier Fotos in einem alten Album von vor 90 Jahren, ohne Etiketten.Die Forscher bezeichneten die Entdeckung als einzigartig und stellten fest, dass die Fotos nicht in der \u201eSchatzkammer der Diamanten und Edelsteine \u200b\u200bRusslands\u201c enthalten seien, einem Buch, das als das umfassendste Inventar der russischen Kronjuwelen gilt. Bei den vier neu entdeckten St\u00fccken handelt es sich um eine Tiara mit Saphir auf Diamant, ein Saphirarmband, eine Halskette aus Smaragd und Saphir sowie eine gew\u00f6lbte Brosche.Das Buch war in der Kategorie \u201eMineralien und Edelsteine\u201c eingeordnet. Auf die Fotos stie\u00dfen die Bibliothekare bei einer Buchdigitalisierung. Das auf dem Band angegebene Datum gibt das Jahr 1922 an. Die Fotos geh\u00f6rten urspr\u00fcnglich zur pers\u00f6nlichen Sammlung von George F.
