Ihre Boutique befindet sich im Herzen Londons, am Kensington Square. Aber das Herz schl\u00e4gt in Jaipur, der Hauptstadt des indischen Bundesstaates Rajasthan, die auch ein ber\u00fchmter Bezirk f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Schmuck und das Schleifen von Edelsteinen ist. Und wo die Juwelen des Pomegranate hergestellt werden. Doch bevor sie 2009 ihre eigene Boutique er\u00f6ffnete, verkaufte Katie ihre ersten Juwelen an den St\u00e4nden von Portobello, Covent Garden Market und auf Messen und Veranstaltungen.
