Prinzessin Diana trug das Schmuckst\u00fcck mehrmals, wie das Foto vom Oktober 1987 anl\u00e4sslich einer Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsgala zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Birthright zeigt, einer Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation, die sich f\u00fcr den Schutz der Menschenrechte w\u00e4hrend Schwangerschaft und Geburt einsetzt.
