Der Name ist eigentlich die Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr Arts D\u00e9coratifs, und es ist ein Stil, der kurz vor dem Ersten Weltkrieg zum ersten Mal in Frankreich auftauchte, aber offiziell seinen Namen von der Internationalen Ausstellung f\u00fcr dekorative und industrielle Kunst erhielt, die in stattfand Paris im Jahr 1925. Die Schmuckst\u00fccke sind aus den typischen Materialien der Marke gefertigt: Gelb- und Rotgold, schwarze Jade, Perlmutt, tiefblauer Lapislazuli, Malachit und T\u00fcrkis, erg\u00e4nzt durch Teile mit wei\u00dfen Diamanten.
