Die zweite hingegen brachte Empfindungen, Bilder und Emotionen Indiens nach Paris, in diesem Fall durch die Erinnerung an einen Reisenden aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, Jean-Baptiste Tavernier. Wie der zwischen 950 und 1050 n. Chr. erbaute Khajuraho-Tempel, der sich in Madhya Pradesh befindet und f\u00fcr die ihn umgebenden erotischen Skulpturen ber\u00fchmt ist. Denn Spiritualit\u00e4t muss nicht weit von der Freude am K\u00f6rper entfernt sein. Dieselben Skulpturen, jedoch aus Sandelholz, umgeben einen Ring mit einem gro\u00dfen roten Turmalin, der ebenfalls vom Herzen des indischen Tempels inspiriert ist. Le figure intagliate sono in legno di sandalo, che circondano una tormalina rossa<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nEin weiterer Tempel, Madurai Gapuram, diesmal im Bundesstaat Tamil Nadu, ist dem Gott Shiva und der G\u00f6ttin Parvathi gewidmet: Er bot die Inspiration f\u00fcr einen weiteren Ring, der reduziert ist, um ein Juwel zu definieren. Es ist in der Tat ein kleiner Tempel, dessen eine Seite sich \u00f6ffnet und den Blick auf ein kunstvolles Inneres freigibt, das das Gesicht der Gottheit zeigt. Das Ganze besteht aus Cabochon-Saphiren, Rubinen und Spinellen sowie einem geschnitzten Smaragd, der an die Pracht der Mogul-\u00c4ra erinnert. Es sollte hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, dass die Verweise auf das Pantheon des Hinduismus auch pr\u00e4zise sind. Nat\u00fcrlich nicht. Das von Shah Jehan, Moghul-Kaiser, zum Gedenken an die verstorbene Braut errichtete Denkmal in der Indian Song-Sammlung wird in eine Halskette mit Saphiren und Smaragden verwandelt. Ein weiteres Denkmal, der Shiva Mahabalipuram gewidmete Tempel, ein Unesco-Weltkulturerbe in der N\u00e4he von Chennai, ist ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr seine Basrelief-Skulpturen, die ihn umgeben. Die beiden V\u00f6gel werden von Lydia Courteille verwendet, um ein kunstvolles Juwel zu formen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Pfau der dekorative Protagonist eines Palastes in Jaipur, des Pfauentors des Stadtpalastes, und Gegenstand einer goldenen Halskette mit 11 Tansaniten, zehn Opalen, 11 Smaragden, 40 Apatitperlen, 60 Smaragdperlen und Tansanit, 39 gelbe Saphire, Diamanten. Eine Opulenz, die ein Maharadscha zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen w\u00fcrde.
